1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kudos8 ("kudos8," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the kudos8 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, games, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on kudos8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full features of kudos8, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) kudos8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

kudos8 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide such documentation as kudos8 may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kudos8 may result in account restrictions, suspension, or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kudos8 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify kudos8 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. kudos8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You agree that you will not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account. All transactions made through your account will be deemed to have been made by you, and you will be responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kudos8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on kudos8 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. kudos8 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. kudos8 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 10 to 30 minutes during normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

kudos8 is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related AMLC regulations. kudos8 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kudos8 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• kudos8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on kudos8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, which are available within the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. kudos8 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, obvious pricing errors, match fixing or corruption, or where a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of kudos8 shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12 of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kudos8 Platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to kudos8 and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or match fixing.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kudos8 staff or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

kudos8 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited activities, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of kudos8, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kudos8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

kudos8's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kudos8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kudos8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Termination and Suspension

kudos8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• At the request of regulatory authorities.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your kudos8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to kudos8's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the foregoing process.
